For audio files like .mp3

1. Give your audio a short meaningful name
2. Go to the file manager and upload your audio file to the folder "media"
3. Click on the uploaded audio file you want to insert into your post and the direct link will be inserted: e.g.
   

   Airplane-food-speech-by-Jeff_TZ19.mp3 (781.89 kb)

   Nicer version:
   a) click on the inserted example link above and get the full link to your audio file
   b) open insert/edit video (see icon for video above) and paste your full link into the "Source" field. Click ok and close the window, save and check it out

 Only for the Apple audio files .m4a (iPhones)

1. Give your audio a short meaningful name (avoid special signs or gaps)
2. Go to the file manager and upload your audio file to the folder "media"
   
3. Insert the following code into your post, e.g.
   [audio src="my-pitch-of-salads.m4a"]
   => replace "my-pitch-of-salads.m4a" with the "name of your file"
4. Save and publish your post and test your audio
