Decision about publishing your work/results: Is there a chance that you can finish the project (media, pictures, audio, video, text)? We have to decide concerning the state of the art of your product so far and the open positions of your "to dos" for a high quality contribution.

Your Team Project in the context of "Sharing Starters": You are going to complete your contribution on The Horse and transfer it to www.dontwastemy.energy for going online (if you do not remember your login and can not find it in your private section of your class OneNote, please ask your teacher).

Key words and suggestions: present your idea (e.g. in an audio), results of your project (so weit wie sie gekommen sind, möglichst spannend für die Leser:innen), your imagination and vision (wie könnte das Projekt weiterentwickelt werden, was würden sie vorschlagen, sich wünschen?). Task 7 Presentation of your project and discussion
Each team has 5' to present the project to the teacher by using "Teams" and doing a "share screen" with the teacher (only team and teacher session, the other students have time for their project work but should always be accessible).

Please give information on the following points:

  1. Goal of the project, Motivation (Intro - keep it very short!) - Was wollen sie? Wie (Methoden)? Zielpublikum? Wirkung - Wieso braucht es das? =>Vorteile Wirkung bzgl. Mensch & Umwelt
  2. State of the art - Projektstand bis heute
  3. Your next steps - weitere geplante Schritte (gem. Konzept/Projektplan, sollte ersichtlich sein)
  4. What is your business model? (should be visible on The Horse)
  5. Transparency: Show your material, links, testings, experiments, etc.
  6. Additional: Most exciting outcomes so far, most challenging part of your project so far. Team work: Does it work? Are you organized reg. work load? Communication?

Task 8 Feedback round peers to peers (graded task, randomly indicated by the teacher): teams give other teams a construtive but critical feedback and tell them what enhancement they could do or give them additional tips or ideas. Furthermore they support them by testing their so far product!

PROJECT WORK

Task 5: Try to calculate the amount of resource savings (energy, resources) regarding your sharing system: what are the savings in kWh (or kg of resource material or embedded energy or water consumption, etc.)?
10 people using your sharing system vs 10 people without any sharing (individual consumption)
[time span? Calculation basics/data? Etc.]

Task 6: Project goal, project concept, business plan (examples below): go as far and as detailed as possible in the given time. What are the needed steps until the realization of your sharing system?
=>put yourself in the position of wanting to convince an investor that your idea is sustainable and adds value for society, future generations and the environment & yourself as a part of it. Show the advantages in the context of a "circular economy" mindset (Denkweise, Einstellung).
