Units of energy and calculation

I wanted to know, how I can convert kcal (kilocalories) or even kJ (kilojoules) to kWh (kilowatt-hours).

To calculate this, I created an Excel-file with the units of energy and below my calculations with two products, which I usually eat for breakfast.

Picture: Energy units and my calculations

First of all, I have searched for the amount of kcal on the packaging from the milk and cereals. Afterward, I inserted the numbers in my Excel-file for the following calculations.

Explanation of the calculations with the cereals:

kcal in kJ
213 kcal x 4.1868 = 891.79 kJ

kcal to kWh
213 kcal x 0.001163 = 0.2477 kWh

It would be the same number in kWh, if I convert it from kJ (to kWh).

 kJ to kWh
891.79 x 0.000278 = 0.2477 kWh

I found it very interesting to see how much energy (kWh) is "in" my breakfast and how I can calculate this by myself.
