In this post I want to share my three favorite posts of the website "dontwastemy.energy". This website is a students’ collaborative project that has been developed in the context of the teaching subject “Technology & Environment” in cooperation with the commercial school KV Wetzikon (wkvw.ch).
Number 1: Future Mobility
It is a common fact, that the future of individual mobility will tend away from fossil fuels to more sustainable technologies.
This article compares the different options currently available for future more energy efficient mobility. For example electric vehicles or hydrogen fueled cars. You get an insight into the importance of sustainable mobility and future challenges. It also deals with past challenges and offers an interesting interview with an expert on the subject.

Number 2: Is living vegan better for our environment?
An interesting insight on a hot topic. More and more people deal with their nutrition choices. The authors of this article are both meat eaters but wanted to get a better understanding of the process it takes to get our meat on the table.
I liked the article, because it deals with both sides of the spectrum and gives arguments for and against the consumation of meat. There are also a lot of interesting statistics and appealing graphs. He also made nutrition plan for a week of vegan eating.

Number 3: Sustainable packaging and the benefit for our environment
A lot of non recycable waste is from non sustainable packaging. So much plastic waste is generated every day so that it harms our environment.
This article will give you an overview about some alternative packaging methods. They concentrated on the sustainable and bio degradeable foil and tried to clarify how the impact on the environment is in contrast to a common plastic foil.

Cheese for “Fondue” from a local dairy (dontwastemy.energy)
I love cheese and fondue. The cheese in the fondue must of course be good so that it tastes. The steps for the production of cheese is very interesting and it takes a lot of time. I can remember that i had the possibility to watch how a cheese producer turned out cheese. I was able to help too and I remember that it takes a lot of strength. More...
1. Sustainable Packaging
[dont waste my energy]
This post is nice, because I find plastic realy bad. Plastic should be soustained with other things that are biological. Plastic is damaging our World and so many animals are killed by it. SO we should take care and not use this much plastic.
2. Food waste in Supermarkets

[dont waste my energy]
Crazy project, becaus no one would imagine to live without energy and water. Interesting how life goes without it and what opinions you have without those things. I think I would not be abel to do this.
