Step 7: Promotion of our Project

Hy together!

Did you know that there are new laws in the world of the ship transportation:

Then: In a new regulation, the International Maritime Organization (a specialized agency of the United Nations) has determined that from 1 January 2020 the sulphur content of ship exhaust gases may only be 0.5 percent.

So the world is from now on a little bit more sutainable.

Perfect sized apple?

Any apple with a calibre smaller than 7cm or bigger than 8cm is classified as "2nd Class". Why? In schools all kind of sizes are welcomed since every child prefer a different apple, however, grocery shops only order the "perfect sizes". What do you think about it?

Please let us know your thoughts!

Consumer Insanity?

**A happy new year to all of you!**

Let's start with something we think is an important theme.

Christmas time and New Years Eve are over now and a lot of you received beautiful presents or made great gifts by your own to the persons you love.

Can you remember the way the presents were wrapped in?

A lot of the bought gifts are firstly packed in plastic and afterwards in a cardboardbox. Don’t forget the gift wrapping paper in the next step, fixed with adhesive tape which is made out of plastic.

Experience at the Sudwerke

Hey guys

On the 6th of december 2019 I went with Michel Fejzullai and Simon Laubacher to the Sudwerk in Pfäffikon Zurich. There we met a very friendly man called Martin. He is the owner of the Sudwerk. Afterwards, he showed us the process of making high quality beer. He told us that we doesn't like the beer from the popular companies, such as Heineken, Feldschlössli or Quelfrösch. The reason is the taste. In his opinion, these beers taste boring. "It's just mixed water", he said.

It was really interesting to learn new things about beer. Unfortunately, in this Business it is very difficult to create an ecological beer, because a lot of raw materials have to be imported from England. In Switzerland we don't have enough barley malt to produce beer. Of Course, we could taste some tasty beers, yummy!

If you want to know more about the interview, you can take a look in Simons and Michels Project. H

Survey- local product

Hi together

We did a survey for our projekt "the lifecycle of a local product".
With our survey we want to find out the behaviour and the view of diffrent humans about the production of apples.

We would appreciate if you could take a few minutes to fill in our online survey.

Here you can find the link to our survey:
